Welcome to the Global Systems Group Technical Training page. In order to operate and maintain your Gribetz quilter to its maximum capability, we highly recommend your operator and/or maintenance person participate in our in-depth training program.
We have developed several instructional and operational courses to provide the trainee with knowledge pertaining to various subjects and hands-on application of that knowledge. Please take the time to review the coursework offered in our training seminars, and then select the course(s) that applies to your level and needs.
The training seminars offered are as follows:
All training courses outlined are offered during set schedules throughout the year. Each course begins at 9:00am and ends between 4:00pm and 5:00pm. Please reference the training schedule for available courses and dates.
** Please note there is no time allotted for training during the installation and set-up of a machine.
If the coursework you are interested in is not provided for in the previously listed itineraries, please indicate "custom course" on the web form or contact the Technical Training Center to discuss a customized training session. These sessions may be scheduled in-house or on-sight.
Courses are filled on a first come-first serve basis with a maximum of (6) trainees per session. All courses are subject to change and/or cancellation. To enroll in a training course, please complete the web form and submit the request as possible. Please allow for 30 days advance notice for all training courses.
Trainees are responsible for the cost of all travel, lodging, and meals. Once your application form has been received, a Technical Training Center representative will contact you to assist with travel arrangements and hotel reservations.
During the course, training manuals as well as operational manuals are used as reference books. The operational manuals used during the training session are on loan to the trainees during the course and must be returned to the instructor at the close of the session. These manuals are the same manuals included with the original machine shipment. If the trainee wishes to keep the manuals used during the training session, they may purchase additional copies at a 5% discount on the first day of the session. This option will be presented to the trainees by the instructor along with an order form for the manuals. Manuals range in price from $10.00 to $29.00 per manual.
If you require the assistance of an interpreter, there will be an additional charge. Please indicate the language you prefer on the application form.
Trainees should wear comfortable, casual clothing. Long pants and covered shoes are required. No shorts or sandals, please.
