Introduction

GribetzInternational has been providing superior parts service to our customers for over 40 years. Today, we offer the bedding and home furnishings industry the world’s largest parts supply of quilting and related parts for numerous manufacturer’s machines. Our toll-free Hot Line service is backed by a trained, knowledgeable staff capable of discussing your machine and identifying the parts you need.

We work closely with suppliers in the design and manufacturing of key parts -- buying in higher quantities. This allows us to provide the best quality parts and pass the savings on to you.

While customer savings have been the thrust of our efforts, we’ve also addressed the issues of parts handling and shipping. We have installed the Federal Express Power Ship and the UPS Maxi Ship, which allows us to process our shipping documents quicker and more efficiently for same day service. For emergency shipments, we have added a specialized staff to expedite these orders for a nominal fee.

User Modification Liability

GribetzInternational machines are precision crafted. Unauthorized modifications of any kind may impair the continuous safe operation of the machine and will void the warranty. To ensure a long productive life, allow only authorized and trained maintenance personnel to make any adjustments or repairs.

Ordering Parts

When ordering parts by telephone, fax, mail or via our web page always indicate:

• Machine model number, serial number, and size
• Customer account number
• Preferred shipping method (carrier and priority)
• Purchase order number
• Gribetz International’s part number
• Your telephone or fax number

Replacement Parts

GribetzInternational stocks a complete supply of parts for all our chain stitch quilting machines and related equipment. We also manufacture replacement parts for other manufacturer’s machines including Emco, Pathe, Paradise, and Kaybe.

Returning Parts

To return parts that are defective, ordered in error, or received in error:

• Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from our Parts Department
• Indicate the machine model number, serial number, and size
• Indicate your account number- Indicate order number and invoice number
• Indicate the reason for return
• Please note the RA number clearly on the packing slip and on the outside of the package.

NOTE: Returned parts must be received within 30 days of receipt of replacement parts.

All parts returned without the proper RA number will be refused by GribetzInternational and returned at the customer’s expense.

  • RUSH - part is urgently required
  • ROUTINE - regular order
• Today’s date.
• Your name or the name of the person placing the order.
• Complete shipping address. (This may be different from the billing address.)
• Contact person or department.
• Your fax number.
• Your telephone number.
• Preferred method of shipment (i.e., Federal Express, UPS, Ground, etc.)
• Purchase order number or other internal control number.

Fees
Handling and Shipping Fees

• 15% restocking and shipping fee for all parts ordered incorrectly.
• $25.00 for "Special Expedited Same Day Service" for orders placed after 12:00pm (noon) customer’s time.
• $15.00 for all C.O.D. shipments.
• $75.00 for airport courier handling.
• All shipments are subject to inventory on hand and credit approval.
• Credit approval may require from 1 to 4 hours to obtain, which may delay shipment of in-stock items.
• In most cases, in-stock orders are shipped the same day, if the order is placed before 12:00 p.m. (noon) customer’s time.
• With millions of replacement parts in stock for all manufacturers, Gribetz International’s Parts Department is dedicated to serving you.

Payment
Gribetz International accepts payment by Cashier’s Check or Wire Transfers only. Please note that when visiting our facility we are unable to accept cash or convert foreign currency. Please call for current Wire Transfer information.
